Description:

• The machine is composed by a sturdy base containing the transmission components and the hardware control instruments. The base holds two steel columns with ground hard chrome surfacing. The upper crosshead can be adjusted in height, to hold the accessories to perform the specific test. The lower mobile crosshead is operated by a recirculating ball screw and rotating lead, that through motor, assures the correct application of load and constant speed.
• It has the advantages of stable loading, large screw stroke and simple operation. It is the instrument required by highway construction units, colleges and universities and quality inspection departments. The machine is equipped with other relevant fixtures to carry out multiple tests, such as the compressive strength, splitting strength, modulus of resilience and other tests of cement and lime stabilized soil, Marshall test of asphalt concrete, and bearing ratio (CBR) test of subgrade soil and various pavement materials. Note: This product can only be used for pressure test, and other tests require corresponding accessories
